Contrary to what you may hear from your leftist friends, the biggest threat facing the world — yes, world, not just our country — is radical Islamic terrorism, not climate change.

Just this week, televisions from around the globe were aglow with news coverage of the horrific attack in Manchester that left 22 people dead.

Just today we learned that Islamists massacred 26 and wounded 25 more Coptic Christians in a brutal attack in Egypt.

As it turns out, the danger posed by these monsters right here at home is far worse than we know. At least that’s what DHS Secretary John Kelly says.

According to The Hill, Homeland Security Secretary John Kelly on Friday said the terror threat is worse than most realize, saying some people would “never leave the house” if they knew the truth.

“I was telling [Fox host] Steve [Doocy] on the way in here, if he knew what I knew about terrorism, he’d never leave the house in the morning,” Kelly said on “Fox & Friends.”

He noted there were four major terror attacks in the last week — in England, Egypt, the Philippines and Indonesia — “by generally the same groups.”

“It’s everywhere. It’s constant. It’s nonstop. The good news for us in America is we have amazing people protecting us every day. But it can happen here almost anytime.”

Well, then let’s make sure those amazing people can do their job. And let’s cut the politically-correct crap that hampers investigation and tracking.

And finally, let’s hope President Trump continues to take a hard stance against terrorism and beefs up our military presence in order to ensure our nation’s safety.
