The Clinton corruption continues to pile up, reaching levels of insanity so high it’s nigh to impossible for the human mind to comprehend.Perhaps this is exactly as Hillary and her cohorts intend — corruption so rampant and beyond the pale as to make it impossible for the average American to track, much less believe anyone with even a semblance of decency could render.
It seems every day now we more fully understand exactly why and how there was never a chance Hillary Clinton would be prosecuted for her use of a private email server and mishandling of our nation’s classified information during her time as secretary of state. And today, a new report by the Daily Mail reveals Hillary herself raised funds for a PAC in Virginia — not just any PAC, but the same PAC that donated cash to the wife of an FBI official overseeing the investigation into her own email scandal.
According to The Blaze, In June 2015, the Democratic presidential nominee headlined a fundraiser for Common Good VA PAC, which is run by Clinton ally and Virginia Gov. Terry McAuliffe, according to the Daily Mail.
The Common Good PAC came under scrutiny earlier this week when the Wall Street Journal reported that the PAC funneled nearly half a million dollars into the state senatorial campaign of Jill McCabe. Her husband, Andrew McCabe, is the deputy director of the FBI who helped lead the email-server investigation. The June fundraiser that Clinton headlined reportedly raised more than $1 million for the PAC as well as Virginia’s Democratic Party. The Daily Mail reported that over the next several months, five- and six-figure donations were made to Common Good VA from Clinton supporters outside of the state.
It received $100,000 from former President Bill Clinton’s business partner Ron Burkle from California as well as $50,000 from Ready for Hillary’s finance committee member Leonard Lauder in New York, the Daily Mail reported.
Clinton appeared with McAuliffe during a campaign stop in Virginia on Oct. 23, 2015. According to the Daily Mail, Common Good VA donated $125,000 to McCabe on Oct. 27, 2015, and $175,000 on Oct. 29, 2015.Virginia’s Democratic Party, which is heavily influenced by McAuliffe, also donated more than $200,000 to McCabe’s campaign.
The FBI is claiming McCabe himself did not participate in any fundraising event for his wife’s campaign, but that seems to be a moot point.
There’s little doubt the Clintons expected some sort of favor in return for a generous donation, so it’s not unreasonable to believe that may have played at least a small role in helping Hillary dodge the proverbial bullet during the investigation into her email server. (And we’re being generous here, to be clear.)Once again, as the evidence against Clinton piles up, the question Americans really need to be asking themselves is whether or not this woman has the character and track record of someone who deserves the office of President of the United States.
Clearly, if you have any sort of morality at all, the answer has to be no.
If she’s been this corrupt in her political career thus far, just imagine the awful things she’d be capable of with the power of the executive branch behind her?
It’s enough to give you sleepless nights.
