Well, here’s another one that falls into the category of “you’ve got to be freakin’ kidding me!” That fella guilty of what the Obama administration refers to as “workplace violence” has been busy writing. You might recall Nidal Hasan’s letter to Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi pledging allegiance and asking to be a citizen of the Islamic state. Now this traitor and jihadist who gunned down and killed 13 fellow Soldiers and army civilians as well as wounding 31 others has written another letter – to the Pope.As reported by Fox News, “Convicted Fort Hood shooter Nidal Hasan has written to Pope Francis espousing “jihad” (and not the Islamic peace and love message that Obama and John Brennan try to advocate, while dismissing the real meaning), in his latest correspondence aligning himself with radical Islam. Despite efforts by the Defense Department (in other words, the Obama administration) to label the 2009 massacre as “workplace violence,” Hasan has described himself several times, and again in the new letter, using the acronym “SoA,” or “Soldier of Allah.” (No worries, Obama says Islam teaches peace). Hasan directed his attorney John Galligan to mail the undated, six-page, hand-written letter to the pope. A copy of the letter – titled, “A Warning To Pope Francis, Members Of The Vatican, And Other Religious Leaders Around the World” – was provided by the attorney to Fox News. Hasan appears to make multiple references to the Koran in the letter, and includes a bulleted list of guidelines for “believers.”
Remember, the responsibility of Muslims is to follow the example of Muhammad and that means doing as he did, in writing a letter to Byzantine Emperor Heraclius — something that Osama bin Laden did as well.Look, enough already with Nidal Hasan. He is a traitor and a jihadist who was convicted and sentenced to death. Just get on with the punishment and cremate the remains.
Fox says, “In one subsection titled “Jihad,” Hasan praises “The willingness to fight for All-Mighty Allah,” describing it as a test that elevates the “mujahadeen” who “are encouraged to inspire the believers.” He states that “fighters … have a greater rank in the eyes of Allah than believers who don’t fight.”
“Asked to comment on the latest letter, Hasan’s attorney said it “underscores how much of his life, actions and mental thought process are driven by religious zeal. And it also reinforces my belief that the military judge committed reversible error by prohibiting Major Hasan from both testifying and arguing how his religious beliefs” motivated his actions during the shooting.”“Neal Sher, an attorney representing the Fort Hood families and their relatives, also said Hasan is “thoroughly dedicated to jihad.” The lawsuit against the Defense Department and Justice Department now involves 150 individuals. “His jihadist leanings and willingness to commit jihad were known for years before the 2009 atrocity,” Sher said. “And ever since then, he has made it abundantly clear he believes in jihad and has attempted to justify the slaughter that took place at Fort Hood.”
But nah, it’s only workplace violence, folks! As we continue to dismiss and apologize for these barbaric savages — as is even occurring now with Alton Nolen in Oklahoma. I will return to my original premise: “when tolerance becomes a one way street it leads to cultural suicide.”
We continue to make excuses and make statements of relativism to pardon Islamo-fascism and jihadism. I don’t know why we’re allowing Nidal Hasan to write such letters as he it makes him a symbol and an icon for other jihadists — especially at a time of massive ISIS recruitment and expansion. Particularly during a declared war against terrorism — which is a horrible naming convention, war against Islamic totalitarianism would be better — the continued actions of Nidal Hasan are reprehensible and represent the most heinous and nefarious of intent — seconded by that of Bowe Bergdahl, a deserter. However, the politics of the Islamist Sympathizer-in-Chief means Nidal Hasan will continue to write his letters — and Bowe Bergdahl will probably walk free.
