BREAKING: Iran TV now airing this DEGRADING video of US Navy Sailor…

CORRECTION: Our Facebook post incorrectly calls the sailor speaking in the video “Captain,” when his correct rank is Lieutenant.

By now you’ve heard the good news that the 10 U.S. Navy sailors detained yesterday by Iran have been released safely. That’s the really good news.

Iran has made it clear, however, that it’s going to milk this incident for all its worth and maximize the public relations value it can glean from it. The unmistakeable intent: to humiliate the United States and its military and demonstrate its own strength to our weakness.

We shared with you earlier the photos of the detained sailors, which many would argue clearly violate the Geneva Convention’s provisions for treatment of prisoners. And yes, that’s what our sailors were yesterday in the hands of Iran — prisoners — as is clear from the photos.

And now there’s this video Iranian TV is airing showing the sailors, with their lieutenant apologizing to the Iranians, even applauding the “fantastic” behavior and thanking them for their “hospitality.” Watch for yourself — and prepare for your blood to boil:

Notice the eyes and body language of our imprisoned sailors — and the hijab the female sailor appears to have been forced to don. Looks like a group of sailors just hanging out with the our nation’s good friend, Iran — just kicking back and relaxed. Not.

Have we even heard an acknowledgement of this international incident from our commander in chief? Meanwhile, our fearless feckless secretary of state, John Kerry, is expressing “gratitude” to the Iranians.

Yep, guess the Iranians are showing us who’s boss. But not for long.
