If you thought Republicans were mad over Donald Trump practically securing the Republican nomination, wait till you look over at the other side. The Sanders crowd is just as devoted in support to their candidate as the #NeverTrump crowd is in opposition to theirs.
As the Daily Caller detailed, #DropOutHillary became the top trending topic on Twitter Wednesday following jailed Romanian hacker Guccifer saying he hacked into Hillary Clinton’s email server.
“For me, it was easy … easy for me, for everybody,” Guccifer, real name Marcel Lehel Lazar, told Fox News in an interview.
Clearly, he hit a nerve.
As of Wednesday night #DropOutHillary was the top trending topic on Twitter in the United States. It has at least 270 thousand tweets.
Someone attempted to also start a #DropOutTrump hashtag, but you can see below that it took off like a North Korean rocket:

Most of those calling for Hillary to drop out are still “feeling the Bern,” but it would be ideal for Bernie to run as an Independent with Hillary running as a Democrat. A third party candidate handed a Clinton an election before, it would be nice to see the reverse happen for once.[Note: This post was authored by The Analytical Economist]
