Twitter BLOWS UP over TINY detail on Melania’s birthday card for her husband

Call it a symptom of Donald Trump hysteria, or maybe just a sign of the times, but 2017 is quickly becoming one of the strangest years in political history. While the country tries to recover from anemic economic growth and combat the rise of terrorism, voters often concern themselves with the most trivial issues. Everything is an important issue, except the things that are actually important.

Don’t believe it? Just look at how the internet blew up over a Twitter typo. President Trump’s late-night gaffe garnered more media attention than any other story the next day. The word “covfefe” became a larger issue than the terrorist threat crippling a major U.S. ally.

So it should come as no surprise that yet another innocuous detail has captured the imagination of Twitter users everywhere. This time, First Lady Melania Trump was caught in the social media crosshairs.
