Democratic Rep. Tulsi Gabbard from Hawaii is making conservatives all across the country join together in a collective eye roll after making comments about the left’s new favorite subject:

Impeaching President Trump.

If you remember correctly, in the last four months, fellow crazy left-winger Maxine Waters has talked about impeachment so many times it’s become an actual news story.

Now we have another Democrat Member of Congress jumping on the Waters crazy train.

The Washington Free Beacon reports, Democrat Rep. Tulsi Gabbard (Hawaii) said this week she is “studying more about impeachment” during a town hall in Hilo, Hawaii.

This is the same person who made an unannounced trip in January to visit with Bashar Assad in Syria, failing to inform House leadership beforehand. In typical Democrat fashion, she violated House ethics rules, failing to file the necessary forms to disclose who paid for the trip as well as who else she may have met with in Syria.

But never mind that. Her personal moral superiority allows her to carefully consider whether or not President Trump should be impeached.

While discussing the issue of impeaching President Trump, Gabbard cautioned that such a move would lead to Vice President Pence taking the reins of the country, according to CNN.

“On the issue of impeachment, I am doing my homework. I am studying more about the impeachment process,” Gabbard said at the 33:35 mark in the video above. “I will just say I understand the calls for impeachment, but what I am being cautious about and what I give you food for thought about is that if President Trump is impeached, the problems don’t go away, because then you have a Vice President Pence who becomes President Pence.”

Gabbard went on to criticize the vice president, calling him “about as hawkish as they come” adding that she disagrees with him on a variety of issues. She continued saying that due to Pence’s time in Congress, she believes he could be more effective at advancing a conservative agenda than Trump has been thus far.

Gabbard has been critical of President Trump’s recent military strikes in Syria, at one point saying she was skeptical that Syrian President Bashar al-Assad’s regime was behind the chemical weapons attacks in Syria earlier this month.

Top U.S. government officials have said there is “no doubt” Assad executed the chemical attack, which killed over 80 civilians, including dozens of children, on April 4.

And Trump’s the one not fit for office?

A year ago Gabbard ruffled progressive feathers because she declined to sign onto an assault weapons ban and bashed Obama for his refusal to use the term “Islamic terror.” But she also was the only Democrat and one of just three members of Congress to vote against a resolution condemning violence by the Assad regime against civilian populations last year.

What could explain her soft spot for the Syrian tyrant? Who knows. The good new is, she’s up for reelection next year.
