MLK’s niece drops SHOCKER about Trump

Donald Trump has been in the public eye for decades, yet hadn’t been branded a racist until he ran for President – as a Republican. Had he run as a Democrat, how much do you want to bet he’d face such charges? Hopefully you wouldn’t wager too much — because it’s pretty obvious that he wouldn’t.

Even today’s so-called civil rights leaders like Jesse Jackson were singing Trump’s praise years ago. Back in 1999 Jesse Jackson praised Donald Trump for being someone who pushed for diversity and inclusivity. “I do want to thank you, Donald Trump, for being with us tonight,” Jackson said in the speech. “We need your building skills, your gusto for people on Wall Street to represent diversity.” Jackson went on to state that Trump’s success is “beyond argument,” although, he noted, “one can miss his seriousness and his commitment.”

Maybe he thought the (R) next to his name stood for “racist.”

Today is Martin Luther King Day, and with that, some liberals will be shocked to know that a member of the King family voted for The Donald. As the Washington Examiner reported:

The niece of civil rights leader Martin Luther King Jr. said Monday she voted for Donald Trump for president.

Alveda King acknowledged her vote in a statement to the American Thinker blog. King spoke positively of Trump during the presidential race and is a Republican and pro-life activist.

The blog asked King if she believes Trump will be a pro-life president. “I pray that all polar opposites learn to agape love, live and work together as brothers and sisters—or perish as fools. While I voted for Mr. Trump, my confidence remains in God, for life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness,” King replied.

Martin Luther King, III also met with Mr. Trump today at Trump tower.

Mr. King is a member of the Democratic Party, proving that the King family can boast the only kind of diversity that liberals hate: intellectual diversity.
