Ever since GOP presidential nominee Donald Trump laid out his plans to build a wall around our border and attempt to repair our immigration system, the radical left has gleefully flung their favorite insult at the real estate mogul, labeling him a racist whenever they get a chance to blab for more than 30 seconds. The mainstream media hasn’t stopped at just tossing the race card at Trump. No, they’ve also had a field day insulting the majority of his supporters in the same way.
MSNBC host Mika Brzezinski recently attempted to press a pro-Trump black pastor to weigh in on whether or not a comment made by the GOP nominee about a U.S. district judge was “racist.”
The pastor wasn’t having it and let Brzezinski know it, then proceeded to school her on his own personal knowledge of what racism truly looks like.
According to TheBlaze, “When he made the comments he made about the judge saying he was a Mexican, was that racist or not?” Brzezinski asked. When Burns attempted to answer, Brzezinski interrupted: ”I just want to know if that is racist or not. And then I can move on with the conversation, but I need to know where you stand on things in terms of reality. So, were those comments racist or not?”
Burns began to respond, “Well, I think it’s important to understand. I think if I was in Mr. Trump’s shoes, and I had a very controversial policy that offended … potentially millions of Hispanic people — ”
“Were the comments racist or not? I just want to know,” Brzezinski interrupted again.“Let me finish my statement, OK?” Burns replied.
“I’m asking for the answer to the question and not a statement,” Brzezinski shot back. “Can I have an answer to the question?”“Let me give you my answer the way I would give it to you, so that we can move forward, ’cause we’re telling the story,” Burns replied.
“But it’s yes or no,” the host insisted.
Once Burns was finally able to get an answer in edgewise he proceeded to school the rude MSNBC host on what racism really looks like.
“I’m a black man from the deep south, OK? In South Carolina just two months ago, they re-raised the confederate flag in my state to celebrate its one-year removal. So for you to sit here and ask me like I don’t know what real racism is —”
Finally, the Rev. Al Sharpton — America’s most notorious race baiter — jumped in and saved Brzezinski from the oncoming slaughter, quickly changing topics to another story.
Brzezinski showed a total lack of professionalism in the way she continually — and rudely — interrupted Pastor Burns during the interview. She was clearly hoping, since the man was black, that he would agree that Donald Trump was racist.
If that in and of itself isn’t slightly bigoted, what is?
It’s reasonable to deduce from the evidence available that Donald Trump is not a racist, nor are most of his followers. To assume otherwise is to stereotype an entire group of people based on the actions and statements of a few.
Strangely, that’s the exact kind of behavior leftists claim to condemn in others, yet they seem to be practitioners of this horrible art form themselves.
Just one more example of media bias, right?
