Notes taken during Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton’s three-hour interview with the FBI will be handed over to legislators in Congress, but don’t get too excited. There’s still a pretty big problem.
Apparently, according to FBI Director James Comey, Hillary wasn’t under oath during the time of the interview.
You simply can’t make this stuff up, right?
According to BizPacReview, Members of Congress will receive notes from the “interview” as early as Monday, CNN reported.Inexplicably, the bureau does not have a complete transcript of the interview, as FBI Director James Comey has already told Congress. He also informed lawmakers that Clinton was not under oath at the time — it’s not like there’s anything important being discussed.
Several Republican members requested the notes after Comey testified before the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee in July.
“I’ll commit to giving you everything I can possibly give you under the law and to doing it as quickly as possible,” Comey said at the time.As of now, Congress is on a seven-week recess, so it could be awhile before any kind of official response to the report is made known.
Either the Obama administration is totally inept or the corruption oozing out of its pores has become so intense they’re not even worried about attempting to hide it any more. Then again, perhaps it’s both?
Also makes one curious as to whether this was done on purpose to avoid perjury charges, doesn’t it?
How else can one explain the fact that the FBI didn’t put Hillary under oath to ensure she would tell them the facts they needed to know? Granted, given her track record for avoiding the truth at all costs, she still might lie under oath, but it would have at least made it look like they cared a little.
Hillary is one of the most corrupt politicians in our nation’s history, and given the competition for the crown, that’s quite an accomplishment. In fact, it might be the only accomplishment on her resume.
Unfortunately, rather than occupying a prison cell, there’s a chance she could be lounging behind the Oval Office. Let’s hope that’s not the case.
