Why are Democrats so ignorant on the issue of illegal immigration? How can they claim to be pro-worker when they support policies that displace American jobs, and drive down wages? How can they even pretend to care about the national debt when they support an influx of illegal immigrants who will draw from the social safety net while paying nothing into it? How can they whine about gun control when there are states where nearly 40 percent of crimes are committed by illegals?
Of course, liberals only appear to be ignorant on the matter. They DO know better, but they value their political interests more than they value American interests. It’s no coincidence Democrats support amnesty, because that would also grant illegals voting rights. And according to the Pew Research Center, only 4 percent of illegals identify with the interests of the Republican Party, while 31 percent identify with the Democrats. Undoubtedly that gap would only widen if illegals were able to vote, as Democrats would pander to them with all kinds of freebies.Well guess what? Hillary Clinton is now recruiting a handful of
Hillary Clinton’s campaign on Sunday announced a program to recruit undocumented “Dreamers” into a voter registration army even though they are not allowed to vote.
Celebrating the four-year anniversary of President Obama’s Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program, Clinton launched “Mi Sueno, Tu Voto” (My Dream, Your Vote), to rally and “secure commitments” from immigrants who can vote. The DACA program created so-called “Dreamers,” the children of illegal immigrants who the president has offered renewable two-year work visas and deportation deferral. The goal for many in the program is amnesty.
“We may not have the right to vote, but ‘Mi Sueno, Tu Voto’ will help ensure that our stories are heard and it will send a clear signal to Donald Trump that we cannot be silenced,” said Astrid Silva, Nevada Dreamer and immigrant rights activist.
Think someone who would recruit illegals to help her campaign is going to push through amnesty? Her VP candidate said that amnesty would came within the first 100 days of her presidency. Regardless of what you may think of Donald Trump as the Republican nominee, he’s not going to create 10 to 15 million new Democrat voters like his opponent.[Note: This post was authored by The Analytical Economist]
