Democrat presidential nominee Hillary Clinton certainly has been inspiring her fair share of protesters these days. They were out in full force at last week’s Democrat National Convention in Philadelphia — until the powers that be managed to clamp down on them, reportedly yanking credentials to keep many of them out of the convention hall. Even the anti-Hillary chants that threatened to mar her acceptance of the Democrat nomination for president were able to be strategically drowned out by chants of “Hillary!” — so the Queen was able to carry on uninterrupted.Today, protesters managed to cause a bit more disruption during Hillary’s rally in Las Vegas, Nev. Animal rights protesters reportedly held up a large banner and began yelling. This time, Hillary appeared rather alarmed and frightened, as you can see from the video below. Listen carefully to how the Secret Service reassures her that “she’s okay.”
Via The American Mirror:
There was a distinct look of fear on Hillary Clinton’s face as animal rights protesters held up a large banner and yelled near her rally stage in Las Vegas today while the candidate spoke.Secret Service agents sprang into action, with one putting his arm around Clinton.
“You’re okay,” he could be heard saying on the hot mic. “Keep talking,” he said as she stood in silence.
“We’ll handle it. We’re not going anywhere,” he said. “Keep talking.”“Okay, we’ll keep talking,” Clinton told the audience.
Hard to tell if Hillary’s reaction is fear or just confusion. (Is she unwell?)But one has to ask… is Hillary Clinton so used to shielding herself from anyone who dares go against her that she’s really that thrown off by some protesters and needs the Secret Service to say, “there there, you’re ok.” Surely, landing under ‘sniper fire’ prepared her for worse than a bunch of protesters! Will she need someone to hold her hand while she sits across the table from Vladimir Putin? And, no, this has nothing to do with her being a woman; we’ve seen plenty of tough-as-nails, grounded women who can stand up to the toughest situations (Iron Lady, anyone?). It has everything to do with fortitude and mettle.
And if she becomes president (God forbid), Hillary won’t be able to try to redirect the criticism to Donald Trump, as she (inexplicably) did here.
She then said the protesters were actually there to focus on Donald Trump.
“Apparently these people are here to protest Trump because Trump and his kids have killed a lot of animals, so thank you for making that point,” Clinton said.
Anyone else find this whole incident is all just rather disturbing, especially seen through the lens that this may be our future Commander in Chief?
