Well, here we go. It was only a matter of time before this happens – and it’s going to happen more and more. You want to talk about a war on women? Well, here it is. “Women’s rights” are now being trumped by “transgender rights.” Ladies (those of us who were actually born with uteri and the customary accouterments), our concerns no longer matter. We must now put aside our own safety and privacy (and that of our children) and submit to the needs of the liberal agenda.A woman in Texas was shopping at her local Ross department store when she said the store manager allowed a man into the women’s dressing room, according to CBS DFW. “I was in the dressing room, when we heard a man’s voice,” said Lisa Stickles, who says she quickly told a manager.
“She went inside the dressing room, came right back out and called me to the side and told me… he was representing himself as a woman today,” Stickles said.
A customer service representative with Ross would not comment on the alleged incident but said they do not discriminate against the transgender community; adding, customers may use changing rooms that apply to their gender identity.“What about me? Or my feelings?” said Sickles. “(The manager) told me that if I felt uncomfortable in the dressing room with him there… I’d have to wait until he’s finished.”
Sickles said she waited, and was shocked when she watched the man walk out.
“He was in no way dressed as a woman,” Sickles said. “He had on jeans, a t-shirt, 5 o’clock shadow, very deep voice. He was a man.”Oh no ma’am. Don’t be so closed=minded! You must be a silly conservative. Don’t you see? “He was representing himself as a woman today” and he can do that however he likes. Even if means not shaving his face. And you ma’am, you just have to DEAL WITH IT.
Well here’s how folks are dealing with it at Target: they’re no longer shopping there. Guess we need to add Ross to that list. And buy everything online.
This whole thing is absolutely ludicrous to me. And woe betide all the unfortunate minorities who are no longer fashionable. Black people? Fuhgeddaboudit. Yesterday’s news…unless you’re cross-dressing.[Note: This article was written by Michele Hickford]
