Video: MSNBC host has her “corpse-man” moment

Some things are just too priceless to let go by unnoticed. Remember President Obama’s “corpse-man” moment when he was trying to refer to US Navy medical Corpsmen — and he said it twice?

Well, now Melissa Harris-Perry on MSNBC gives us a comical liberal progressive moment relating to our military. We all know — well some of us do — the motto of the United States Marine Corps (not corpse) of Semper Fidelis, Latin for Always Faithful.

Marines and those of us who have served with Marines often use the motto as a greeting and a means to pay respect, regard and homage, Semper Fi. Marines always pronounce the Fi with a hard “I” rhyming with “rye.” However, Ms. Harris-Perry has created a new Marine Corpse motto, Semper Fee. Yep, you can’t make this stuff up folks.

I just hope she never tries to pronounce the respective battle calls of the military: Hooah (Army), Hooyah (Navy SEALS), or Ooh Rah (Marines).
