As Hillary Clinton lies (pun not originally intended, but there it is!) low as she supposedly recovers from pneumonia, high-profile surrogates like current President Barack Obama and former President Bill Clinton — and First Husband hopeful — are stumping hard in her stead.
However, Hillary may want to yank at least one of them off the trail, given that he (once again) seems to be having a hard time sticking to the approved
lies talking points.
The other day, Hillary’s husband Bill seemed to accidentally let slip on CBS that his wife “frequently” passes out. Fortunately for Hillary, their friends at the Clinton Broadcasting Service edited that unfortunate slip of the truth out; unfortunately for them, it was too late and the internet had already seized hold of it.
Today, Bill Clinton was at it again, this time speaking to a crowd of supporters in Las Vegas. He stunned everyone when he told them his wife has “the flu” — not exactly the pneumonia the campaign has been pushing for the past few days.
Via The Gateway Pundit:
Bill Clinton: I just talked to her and she’s feeling great and I think she’ll be back out there tomorrow. So, it’s crazy time we live in, you know, when people think there’s something unusual about getting the flu.Last time I checked millions of people were getting it every year.
Gotta love how he also tries to make it, “what’s the big deal?” when a candidate for president collapses at a public event.
Last week, she had “allergies” when she couldn’t stop coughing for 4 minutes straight.
Today she has the flu.
And they wonder why they have trust issues?
Well, of course, for the Clintons, the lies upon lies strategy — so many that you not only have a hard time keeping track, you almost become numb to the sheer fact of them — has worked pretty well for them. The fact that either of them is even a viable candidate for any public office — much less the White House — is proof of that.
However, could it be their run is finally running out — that this latest truth fiasco is the final straw?
The latest poll trends would suggest that may be the case. As we’ve been reporting, multiple polls show Trump taking the lead, both nationally and in key battleground states.
Including the battleground state of Nevada, where Bill spoke today.

Guessing Bill’s visit today didn’t do much to help turn that around — and perhaps may have simply widened it further…
Meanwhile, doctors have diagnosed that Bill himself is suffering from foot-in-mouth disease.
