Polls have just closed in Indiana’s primary.
With 9% of the vote in, both Fox and CNN are projecting Donald Trump will win the state. Trump currently shows more than a 20-point lead over 2nd-place Ted Cruz.

57 total delegates are up for grabs in Indiana. It appears Trump will certainly clinch the 30 delegates that go to the winner statewide. 27 more delegates will be awarded from the state’s nine congressional districts — three from each. The candidate who receives the most votes in a district will get all the delegates, so we’ll have to see how the votes in each district tally up before seeing who those go to. Even though Indiana’s delegates alone aren’t enough to guarantee Trump getting to 1,237 to clinch the nomination, it’s nonetheless a huge win demonstrating his ability to outperform in what is considered a more “culturally conservative” — not just in more liberal areas like the Northeast, which he resoundingly swept last week.
Huge win for Donald Trump tonight.
