While our nation reels, LOOK what President Obama’s up to…

By now we should know to expect that President Obama never lets American tragedy stop him from carrying on his merry ol’ way. Whether it’s jetting to Las Vegas to fundraise the day after four Americans were brutally murdered in Benghazi; hitting the links after American James Foley was beheaded; or heading off to a Broadway show after five American servicemen were slain by a terrorist in Chattanooga — for Obama, the show must go on. And by the show, of course, he means HIS show.

To be fair, the day after the worst attack on our nation’s police officers since 9/11, the president is away on official business attending a NATO summit in Poland, so we can give him that much at least. But judging by the look on his face, it appears he may be the only American alive right now who doesn’t seem to feel the weight of the state our nation is currently in, following the past week’s events.

President Barack Obama’s Republican adversaries piled on the criticism on Friday after he turned the overnight Dallas police massacre into a political platform – and then grinned from ear to ear as he reconnected with world leaders at a NATO summit in Poland.

Obama and British Prime Minister David Cameron, both on their way out of office soon, seemed in a particularly light-hearted mood despite the serious subject matter.

The pair laughed and joked with fellow leaders as they posed for a group picture and yukked it up as photographers kept snapping.

The caption for these photos might be, “Hilarious how we managed to really eff things up, eh? Pity the poor schmucks who have to come clean up this mess behind us. But, hey, not our problem. Oh hey, where should we golf tomorrow?”

You may have a few other ideas that come to mind.

Hours earlier Obama had sermonized about the deaths of five police Texas police officers upon landing in Warsaw, saying that ‘when people are armed with powerful weapons, unfortunately it makes it more deadly and more tragic.’

‘And in the days ahead we are going to have to consider those realities as well.’

Talk about phoning it in. The president stirs the pot with his comments last night preceding the Dallas shooting, then comes back to the podium to make his plug for gun control before return to his own festive life.

Compare the president’s response to that of presumptive GOP nominee Donald Trump’s, which you may have missed as the media — for once — apparently decided not to dissect every single word he utters. (And I refuse to give any air time to pandering, lying Hillary’s phony response.)

Which one do you think shows leadership?
