After BLM teens beat up Marine, LOOK who’s meeting with Obama today…

We haven’t heard a peep of acknowledgement from the Obama administration about the brutal beating of decorated Marine Christopher Marquez at the hands of six black teens inspired by the “Black Lives Matter” movement.

And though the president’s schedule appears to be too full to carve out time for late Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia’s funeral this week, the person he is making time to meet with at the White House today speaks volumes.

DeRay Mckesson, the prominent activist and late entrant into Baltimore’s mayoral race, will meet with President Barack Obama and civil rights leaders at the White House on Thursday for an event honoring Black History Month.

Mckesson, a former school administrator and Black Lives Matter protester who co-founded We the Protestors and Campaign Zero, will attend the meeting along with Al Sharpton, Cornell Brooks, president of the NAACP, and Democratic Rep. John Lewis of Georgia.

In case you had any doubt about the spirit of the meeting, the presence of professional race-baiter Al Sharpton should clear that right up.

A White House official described the meeting as a first-of-its-kind gathering of leaders who represent different generations of the civil rights movement, and said the discussion will focus on criminal justice reform and building trust between police and neighborhoods.

Attorney General Loretta E. Lynch will also attend.

Mckesson, who lives in North Baltimore, gained widespread attention during protests after the police-involved shooting of Michael Brown in Ferguson, Mo., in 2014. He unexpectedly jumped into the race for Baltimore’s mayor earlier this month.

The timing of this meeting, vis-a-vis a brutal attack on one of our Marines by Black Lives Matter thugs — not to mention the killing of eight police officers in eight days — almost appears to be a exclamation point to what the Obama administration has made so painfully clear: some lives matter more than others to this administration.

While one can’t expect President Obama to weigh in on every single violent incident in this country, his choice of when to do so (e.g., Michael Brown) and when to stay silent (e.g., in the case of Marine Christopher Marquez) has only fueled the brazenness of the division and violence the Black Lives Matter movement breeds. And now, welcoming the likes of DeRay McKesson to the White House — ironically, even if not purposely — just days after BLM-inspired teens brutally beat one of our war heroes, adds further legitimacy to their tactics. President Obama and Attorney General Loretta Lynch have made it clear they’ve got the backs of this movement — regardless of who may suffer or die on the receiving end of their hate.
