BREAKING: Obama DoJ releases UNREDACTED Orlando 911 calls, but there’s one HUGE problem

As we reported earlier, Obama’s Department of Justice tried to pull a fast one on the American public this morning when it released the transcripts of the Orlando shooter’s 911 calls. While professing “transparency” in releasing the transcripts to the public, this “most” least transparent administration ever proved once again it own its definition of transparency — which means, intentionally obfuscating the facts to fit their own narrative and agenda.

In this case, that meant scrubbing references to radical Islam — in an attempt to downplay the rise of radical Islam under the Obama administration’s watch while simultaneously advancing its key gun control agenda.

Well, that didn’t go over too well and — for a change — Republicans stood up strong to the Obama administration. And almost as stunning as the GOP leaders standing up is the fact that the Obama administration actually caved to the demands! Now, in a stunning reversal in a matter of hours, the DoJ and FBI have released the unredacted version of the Orlando shooter’s 911 calls.

However, take a look and see if you still notice something huge amiss in even the newly-released “even more transparent” transcripts.

As Mediaite reports:

The Department of Justice and the FBI has released the unredacted version of the Orlando shooter’s 911 call after tons of outcry for redacting references to ISIS.

Republicans by the score ripped the White House over politically correct concerns, and Paul Ryan demanded the unredacted version be released.

Here’s the full transcript, without the omissions:

OD: Emergency 911, this is being recorded.

OM: In the name of God the Merciful, the beneficent [Arabic]

OD: What?

OM: Praise be to God, and prayers as well as peace be upon the prophet of God [Arabic]. I wanna let you know, I’m in Orlando and I did the shootings.

OD: What’s your name?

OM: My name is I pledge of allegiance to Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi of the Islamic State.

OD: Ok, What’s your name?

OM: I pledge allegiance to Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi may God protect him [Arabic], on behalf of the Islamic State.

OD: Alright, where are you at?

OM: In Orlando.

OD: Where in Orlando?

[End of call.]

As you can see, the redacted parts were clearly about ISIS, which everyone knew already.

Yep, even in the newly-released unredacted version, Mateen appears to praise “God” rather than Allah. Subtle perhaps, but with pretty huge implications. This administration continues to bend over backward to cover for radical Islam, while suggesting that religion in general is the issue — not radical Islam in particular.

But it doesn’t go unnoticed with this group.

Naturally, the DoJ is trying to spin its reversal. Previously, it had (lamely) claimed the purpose of releasing the partial transcripts was to provide transparency, while remaining sensitive to the interests of the surviving victims, their families, and the integrity of the ongoing investigation — and that it didn’t want to provide a platform for the shooter or terrorist organizations to spread their propaganda. The reversal, the DoJ says, is in response to the “unnecessary distraction” that came as a result of the outcry in response to the only partially released transcripts. They now say they want to “provide the highest level of transparency possible under the circumstances.”

So while it was claiming transparency before, it now is claiming the “highest level.” But only after Republicans had to raise holy heck.

In this case, we have to give credit where credit is due to the GOP leaders who stood up and called the Obama administration on its foul. Let’s see some more of that!
