BREAKING: Amid Clinton Foundation questions, State Dept. makes STUNNING announcement

The “most transparent administration ever” is at it again — in typical fashion, once again stonewalling the release of information in the name of protecting their gal Hillary.

Even as questions about Hillary’s meetings as Secretary of State — and what appears to conflict of interest between her Clinton Foundation and her State Department — have reached new decibel levels this week, the State Department has just announced it will not release all of her schedules as Secretary of State until well after the November election.

Via AP:

The government is telling The Associated Press it won’t finish before Election Day releasing monthly batches of the detailed daily schedules showing meetings by Hillary Clinton during her time as secretary of state. That comes seven months after a federal judge ordered it to begin releasing them.

The department has so far released about half of the schedules. Its lawyers said in a phone conference with the AP’s lawyers that the department now expects to release the last of the detailed schedules around December 30, weeks before the next president is inaugurated.

The AP’s lawyers late Friday formally asked the State Department to hasten that effort so that the department could provide all Clinton’s minute-by-minute schedules by Oct. 15. The agency did not immediately respond.

The schedules drew new attention this week after the AP analyzed the ones released so far. The news agency found that more than half the people outside the government who met or spoke by telephone with Clinton while she was secretary of state had given money — either personally or through companies or groups — to the Clinton Foundation. The AP’s analysis focused on people with private interests and excluded her meetings or calls with U.S. federal employees or foreign government representatives.

The AP’s reporting was based on official calendars covering Clinton’s entire term plus the more-detailed daily schedules covering roughly half her time as secretary of state. The AP first asked for Clinton’s calendars in 2010 and again in 2013. It then sued the State Department in federal court to obtain the detailed schedules, and the department so far has provided about half of them under court order.

So, let that sink in for a moment. If the State Department actually meets its new date for delivery of the remainder of Hillary Clinton’s daily schedules, it will have taken them SIX years — and a lawsuit — to fulfill a request to deliver four years of schedules. Are we to believe our government is really THAT inefficient — or just plain stonewalling?

And, one can only imagine, if the email debacle is any indication, the “complete” delivery will be sorely lacking. Are we to believe our government is really that incompetent — or just plain stonewalling?

Either answer — and it’s likely a good dose of both — is not acceptable.

Gee, don’t you wonder which daily schedules will be delayed until after the election, given the fury that’s arisen over the already-released schedules showing Hillary’s large focus on meeting with Clinton Foundation donors? I suppose it takes time to sort out the ones with the most Clinton Foundation donors.

They keep maintaining there’s no fire here — then why hide?

What’s perhaps most stunning and shameful about this is that this administration continues to flaunt its blatant cronyism and corruption in the faces of the American people — and no one is stopping them.

It’s a very sad day in this republic when we have more faith that hackers will provide us the transparency our government owes us, while the government — supposed to be of the people, by the people, for the people — does its damnedest to keep the people in the dark about its own shady dealings.
