Here we are a week after the Super Bowl and hardly anyone is talking about the actual game. The backlash to Beyoncé’s anti-cop, pro-Black Panther performance continues to make cultural ripples across the nation.
A rally is being planned for February 16 outside the NFL headquarters to #BoycottBeyonce N.ew Jersey State Troopers sent a letter to the NFL expressing “shock and disgust.”
But one American business has seen its business soar as Beyoncé’s song “Formation” climbs up the chart.
In the charming ditty, which she performed during Half Time, Beyoncé sang the lyrics, ‘When he f*** me good I take his ass to Red Lobster, cause I slay.”
Now Red Lobster is jumping on the bandwagon, tweeting ”Cheddar Bey Biscuits’ has a nice ring to it, don’t you think? #Formation” in reference to the singer’s nickname – and her profane shout-out.
And in time for Valentine’s Day, Red Lobster has launched a new promotion, giving free t-shirts to couples who go to the restaurant for a meal and tweet or post to Instagram a picture of their date.

Well folks, this is how the free market works. Red Lobster sees its business jump 33 percent after Beyoncé says she takes her man there when he “f**k her good.” Chick-fil-A saw its business jump double digits after its chief executive openly supported traditional marriage.
Every day in this nation, we can vote – with our wallets. I can tell you where I WILL NOT be going for dinner any time soon. How about you?
