Uh-oh: HUNDREDS of anti-Trump protesters just got VERY bad news….

Inauguration Day was for many millions around the nation a time for a huge sigh of relief. We were finally bidding adieu to Emperor President Barack Obama and his administration, and witnessing what we hoped would be “morning in America” again.

Yet, just a few hours into his term, the mere idea of President Trump was under violent assault from the left. As if on cue (and probably they were) hundreds of protesters wreaked mayhem in Washington D.C. that evening, smashing windows, burning cars and throwing rocks.

Well, being p*ssed off doesn’t give you license to be a criminal.

CNN reports, A total of 214 people have been indicted so far on felony rioting charges in connection with the Inauguration Day protests in downtown Washington.

On the morning of January 20, protests over Donald Trump’s inauguration turned violent when black-clad “anti-fascist” protesters smashed storefronts and bus stops, hammered out the windows of a limousine and eventually launched rocks at a phalanx of police.

Officers responded by launching smoke and flash-bang devices into the street to disperse the crowds. Six police officers were injured and 230 protesters were arrested that day.

On Tuesday, a grand jury in DC charged five individuals. This was in addition to the 209 other defendants who’ve been indicted on rioting charges earlier this month.

Felony rioting carries a maximum of 10 years in prison and a fine of up to $25,000.
The indictment accuses the defendants of using a tactic called “Black Bloc” in which people conceal their identities with dark or black clothing and accessories such as scarves, sunglasses, helmets and masks.

Nice peeps just letting off a bit of steam, right? Yeah, no.

Good to know that justice is being done. Maybe, just maybe these thugs will think twice about violence if they face charges and fines.

That is of course, if authorities actually attempt to crack down on violence.

The violent demonstrations in Berkeley, against the planned speech by Milo Yiannopoulos, caused injuries and damage to about 15 businesses, yet the Berkeley Police Department made not a single arrest.

We have laws and punishment for a reason — to discourage unlawful activity. But if those laws are never enforced, guess what happens? Even more unlawful activity. Like on our southern border for example…but that’s another story.
