First of all, please note: this is NOT an endorsement from either me or Col. West! It’s simply a bit of good news in a “what if” scenario…
Sparks flew on the stage last night –in my personal opinion, I didn’t learn anything about the candidates I didn’t already know. Oh, I possibly learned a new word from Donald Trump: bigly – or did he say “big league?” You decide.
In any event, as Trump continues to rise in the polls and dominate the conversation, Democrats are dealing with the real possibility that not only will he be the GOP nominee, but he could actually be elected president.
One such Democrat is the very Reverend Al Sharpton. And what he said about Trump last night may be the very best news about The Donald in the White House.
The Washington Examiner reports, Rev. Al Sharpton told attendees at a Center for American Progress Action Fund event Thursday he would flee the country if Donald Trump won the election, in order to avoid being deported by Trump.
Sharpton, a Democrat, had positive feedback for many of the Republican presidential candidates until he got to Trump.
Sharpton didn’t explain why he thinks Trump might deport him, but he’s not the only liberal who says they’d have to move if Trump is elected.
Sharpton, a Democrat, had positive feedback for many of the Republican presidential candidates until he got to Trump.“If Donald Trump is the nominee, I’m open to support anyone [else], while I’m also reserving my ticket to get out of here if he wins, only because he’d probably have me deported anyway,” Sharpton told attendees, who responded in laughter.
