Designer behind Melania’s official portrait has THREE words for haters…

If you weren’t aware, the first official portrait of first lady, Melania Trump, was unveiled earlier this week. Rather than remarking on what a beautiful woman she is, the media seemed to be obsessed with whether or not the photo was “too airbrushed.”

The Washington Post, in an article titled “Melania Trump and the politics of airbrushing” deconstructs everything about the image, from Mrs. Trump’s body language, to the size of her diamond ring, to the photo’s background – and of course brings up the striking difference between this photo and Michelle Obama’s first photo – in her sleeveless dress and famously toned bare arms.

On the gutter end of the spectrum, many liberals on Twitter took cheap shots at the first lady’s earlier modeling career, wondering why she didn’t pose nude for her photo.

Well, one half of the designing duo Dolce & Gabbana, who dressed Melania for her official portrait, is having none of it.

According to Breitbart, Stefano Gabbana posted a thank you on his Instagram account to acknowledge the first lady wearing a Dolce & Gabbana blazer in her portrait.

Critics quickly weighed in:

“So you have lost a follower, and worst, an admirer,” one Instagram user, @_boyafraid_, wrote to the designer.

“[I] dont care!! Really,” he replied.

And then to make the point, he replied to one troll in Italian saying, “vai a cagare,” or “go to hell.”

After one woman repeatedly trashed Melania, Gabbana wrote: “I like Melania. She’s a beautiful woman.”

Gabbana then said if someone doesn’t like his Instagram posts, they should just unfollow him instead of trolling him. “How many stupid and ignorant people r on Instagram!” he wrote.

Well, as we know, the answer is millions.

We’ve written here about the designers before, when the gay duo spoke out against gay marriages and parenting. Clearly they’re not afraid of alienating certain segments of their customers (at one point Elton John said he would no longer purchase their clothing).

But it’s just refreshing to see someone standing up to the haters.
