WNBA players make BLM statement; four cops have INSTANT response…

While there are signs of progress being made across the country as the black community and law enforcement officers have been joining forces during protests, there are still quite a few people gulping down gallons of liberal Kool-Aid served up sugary-sweet from the mainstream media.

Like the WNBA for example.

During a pre-game news conference, three players made comments about Black Lives Matter that didn’t go over well with four off-duty cops who were working the Lynx game walked off the job immediately after.

TheBlaze is reporting, “Change starts with us, justice and accountability,” read the fronts of the shirts of three Minnesota Lynx players, minutes before their contest with the Dallas Wings at the Target Center in Minneapolis. On the backs of their shirts were the names of Philando Castile and Alton Sterling, the phrase “Black Lives Matter” and the Dallas Police Department emblem, the Minneapolis Star Tribune reported.

Lynx forward Rebekkah Brunson said the players were wearing the shirts to “honor and mourn the loss of precious American citizens and to plead change for all of us.” Lynx forward Maya Moore added, “We are highlighting a longtime problem of racial profiling.”

But the gesture didn’t sit well with four Minneapolis officers, who were off-duty but working on an independent contract at the Lynx game.

“They can start or stop a job whenever they want,” Lt. Bob Kroll, president of the Minneapolis Police Federation, told the Star Tribune. “They are working on an independent contract.”

After what happened in Dallas last week, who could possibly blame these officers?

If these individuals want to join up with BLM, let them do it on their own private time, not during game night, particularly when they rely on these officers for their security.

What this nation needs more of right now is unity. Until people stop buying into the false progressive narrative pushed by the mainstream media (and our president) and start treating each other like fellow human beings with the same needs, desires, and struggles, we’re destined to carry on this insanity.
