Insane: Obama admin issues NEW decree for eight THOUSAND refugees…

You might remember just a few months ago when President Obama’s head of Homeland Security Jeh Johnson said in testimony before the House Homeland Security Committee, “In all candor, I do agree that the refugee flow coming out of Iraq and Syria represents a potential opportunity for terrorist organizations to move its members into other nations for potential attacks.”

So gosh, if you truly do believe there might be terrorists among the refugees flooding your border, might you want to slow that flood a bit? Maybe take some extra precaution?

Yes of course you would, if you were rational. But we all know the Obama administration is not. Check out this latest announcement.

More than 8,000 Syrians who are currently living in the United States have been granted a temporary amnesty status allowing them to stay in America for up to 18 months.

What could possibly go wrong, right?

According to The Washington Times, Secretary Jeh Johnson issued “temporary protected status” to Syrians, saying that if they are in the U.S. as of Monday and continue to reside here permanently, they can apply for work permits and other documents to remain and live in the U.S. without fear of being ousted.

His order applies to some 5,800 Syrians who were granted status under a 2012 TPS program, and 2,500 new arrivals who don’t have a more permanent status here.

Those eligible for TPS include any Syrian illegal immigrants who have managed to sneak into or remain in the U.S. beyond their visa expirations over the past four years.

TPS is intended to be humanitarian relief for those whose home countries face a massive natural disaster or war that makes returning both dangerous for the individual, and a potential burden for the home country’s government.

Never mind the danger posed to our own country, or the potential burden on our own government (i.e. taxpayers).

Oh and here’s more good news about he program: An in-person interview is not listed as one of the requirements for being approved for TPS, though officials can request an interview if someone lacks a birth certificate, passport or other primary document establishing their identity.

Proving identity and establishing someone’s criminal history are some of the biggest hurdles for Syrian refugees, according to American security officials, who say that the U.S. lacks access to Syrian systems that are usually used to verify someone’s history and check his or her criminal record.

How is it even possible to check a criminal record in a nation where even the basic infrastructure has been destroyed? And anyway, who cares? We also know ISIS is adept at producing fake passports

Clearly the Obama administration has learned nothing from observing what has happened in Europe since the refugee floodgates were opened. And unless Hillary Clinton is defeated in November, the exact same thing will happen here.
