One of the most frequently discussed hot button issues these days among social conservatives is no longer same-sex marriage, but the whole transgender bathroom deal.

Liberals have been trying for years now to make it legal and culturally acceptable behavior for men who pretend to be women — and vice versa — to go into the bathroom or locker room of the gender as which the “identify,” despite the fact this opens up the door for sex offenders to gain access to more victims.

Recently, President Trump rescinded Obama’s executive order about this particular issue, sparking a national debate that had the LGBTQ community up in arms.

Well it, appears they’re in for another huge disappointment as the Supreme Court has decided to scrap a case on the matter and send it back to lower courts.

According to Fox News,The Supreme Court is handing a transgender teen’s case back to a lower court without reaching a decision.

The justices said Monday they have opted not to decide whether federal anti-discrimination law gives high school senior Gavin Grimm the right to use the boys’ bathroom in his Virginia school.

The case had been scheduled for argument in late March. Instead, a lower court in Virginia will be tasked with evaluating the federal law known as title IX and the extent to which it applies to transgender students.

The high court action follows the Trump administration’s recent decision to withdraw a directive issued during Barack Obama’s presidency that advised schools to allow students to use the bathroom of their chosen gender, not biological birth.

Trump’s take on this matter is the right course of action, as it’s dangerous to grant men access to women’s restrooms, knowing full well some non-transgendered fellows will take full advantage of these laws in order to victimize innocent people, including children.

Aside from that, allowing this transgender stuff to continue is tantamount to encouraging a person to practice mental illness. We don’t tell depressed people to openly practice being depressed and encourage them to commit suicide, do we? No, we tell them to seek help. The same approach should be used here.
