We may be only 18 days into January, but last night Tucker Carlson aired the most entertaining interview of the year thus far.
His guest received media attention for allegedly organizing protests for the inauguration. His organization, Demand Protest, advertised for help, offering activists up to $2,500 per month to protest the inauguration, in over two dozen cities across the country.
The interview got off to a fiery start: “This is a sham, your company isn’t real, your website is fake, the claims you have made are lies, this is a hoax. Let me start at the beginning, however, with your name, Dom Tullipso, which is not your real name. It’s a fake name. We ran you through law enforcement-level background checks and that name does not exist. So let’s start out with the truth. Tell me what your real name is.”
Rather than refute the claims, Tullipso attempted to act surprised himself. Tucker wasn’t having any of it. He ran the numbers showing that Tullipso would’ve needed a budget of over $50 million to run the kind of operation he was claiming to run. Tullipso’s stone faced reply: “…actually we’re doing $80 million a year.”
Tullipso further claimed his organization changed their minds from being anti-Trump to pro-Trump recently, and will actually be protesting the protesters. After that things got hilarious. “We are greatly, greatly supportive of national treasures such as Julian Assange, Edward Snowden, and Peyton Manning, and we really support their efforts to really get the truth out there, and in the case of the current client we have right now, uh, that client is, um, very interested in releasing the Roswell papers.”
The Roswell papers have to do with UFOs, by the way.Watch below:
“I’m just surprised you put me on! God bless you for fact checking.” A sentiment echoed by all, surely!
