‘THIS IS WAR’: Trump drops BOMB on NYT…

With less than a month left in the presidential race, the heat is on Donald Trump. The Democrat media complex has responded to the continuing Wikileaks dump on Hillary Clinton by aiming their fire at Trump. Since Friday, the media has begun dropping one scandal after another — some real, and some potentially manufactured.

First was the very real leak of sexually explicit comments Trump made back in 2005. They were released right after the second Wikileaks dump, and that was by design. The mainstream media ended up devoting 15 times more attention to Trump’s scandal than Hillary’s. Since then, The New York Times published two bombshell stories of women claiming to have been sexually assaulted by Trump, and People magazine published a story from one of their writers who claimed to have been sexually assaulted by Trump 12 years ago.

Trump came out immediately and flatly denied both the NYT’s and People’s allegations. The GOP candidate has declared war on the publication — who, Wikileaks recently revealed, has been colluding with the Clinton campaign — going so far as to draft a lawsuit to clear his name. As the Washington Examiner reports: Donald Trump’s campaign was drafting a defamation lawsuit against the New York Times late Wednesday night, hours after the news organization published a story in which two women accused the Republican presidential nominee of sexual assault, sources confirmed to the Washington Examiner.

Within hours of threatening to take legal action against the major publication for launching a “completely false, coordinated character assassination against” him, Trump had requested that his attorneys draft a major lawsuit against the Times.

“This is war,” said one campaign insider with knowledge of the situation. The same source accused the Times and other mainstream media outlets of “working hand in hand” with Hillary Clinton’s campaign to sabotage Trump in the final month before the election.

Late Wednesday, Trump’s lawyer wrote to the Times and demanded a retraction.

“We hereby demand that you immediately cease any further publication of this article, remove it from your website and issue a full and immediate retraction and apology,” Marc Kasowitz wrote in his letter (reprinted in full below). “Failure to do so will leave my client with no option but to pursue all available actions and remedies.”

As for the legitimacy of those two stories of alleged assault, we’ll leave it to the legal system to find the real answer. However, it’s worth noting that some details of one of the alleged assaults bear a striking resemblance to a separate sexual assault story published in The Guardian two years ago.

Curiously, one of the accusers in the article (Jessica Leads) has the same phone number as the Clinton Foundation.

As for the story published in People, there doesn’t appear to be any lawsuit threatened yet, but Trump has addressed the allegations. In the piece, author Natasha Stoynoff says that she went to Mar-a-Lago to interview Donald and Melania, and when the two were alone, “we walked into that room alone, and Trump shut the door behind us. I turned around, and within seconds he was pushing me against the wall and forcing his tongue down my throad.”

Many have pointed out that People’s Stoynoff has a lengthy criminal record (which she admits), but of course that doesn’t automatically discredit anything she says by any means.

However, the timing of all of these allegations — just weeks before election day in a highly contentious election — does automatically raise suspicions.
