Nancy Pelosi truly is the gift that keeps on giving.
Who could forget her classic justification for why we needed to pass Obamacare as fast as possible? Because we needed to pass it to find out what’s in it, of course!
Well, the bill was passed, we found out what was in it – and most people aren’t happy.
NBC/WSJ poll: Four (4!) percent say #Obamacare is 'working well.'

NBC/WSJ is the latest poll to confirm that significantly more Americans have been harmed by #Obamacare (30%) than helped (24%).

With a Republican-controlled Congress that attempted to repeal all of or part of Obamacare during Obama’s presidency, it’s inevitable the law as originally written will be kicking the bucket in the next four years — we hope. Then the next big debate will be what to replace Obamacare with. As for Obamacare’s replacement, Pelosi is skeptical. Why? Because…wait for it, wait for it… she doesn’t know what’s in it!
Last Thursday, Kentucky Sen. Rand Paul drew attention to the fact that the Obamacare replacement bill wasn’t available for him or the public to view. That’s unacceptable, given that we actually want to know what’s in the bills we’re passing (images courtesy of Red State).
Pelosi decided to help Paul in his hunt for the bill.
We’ll take “what is irony” for $500, Alex.
Because we know what happened the last time we passed a bill without reading it, don’t we Nancy?
