OOPS: MSNBC accidentally PROVES Hillary was a birther…

Listen to Hillary Clinton criticize Donald Trump and it’ll sound like the kind of buzzword soup you’d expect from a college liberal. “Racist, Islamophobe, sexist, homophobe, bigot, etc.” It’s not like Trump is the most polite opponent, but you’d at least expect Hillary to substantiate her claims one time or another. She attempted to do that the other day in bringing up that Trump used to be a birther, calling for President Barack Obama to release his long-form birth certificate.

Obama did, and the birther movement disbursed. So you’d think that would mean the end of that, no? Trump is apparently still guilty of a thoughtcrime – even if he later realized he was wrong. Trump responded by holding a press conference to address the issue, but then used his platform to showcase his new hotel and military endorsements for nearly ninety minutes before closing out the event out stating “Hillary Clinton and her campaign of 2008 started the birther controversy,” he said. “I finished it. President Obama was born in the United States. Period”

The media found themselves trolled by a presidential candidate, and most were hilariously outraged that they couldn’t have used the press conference to hound Trump over a position he no longer holds. Some did attack him over his claim that Hillary’s 2008 campaign started the birther controversy – but Trump was right about that too.

Donald Trump got some help from an unlikely source to prove his assertion that the birther issue emanated from the Hillary Clinton camp.

A year old clip from MSNBC’s “Morning Joe” anchors Joe Scarborough and Mika Brzezinski, who are now sworn enemies of the Republican presidential nominee, blamed Clinton and her cohorts for starting the rumor that president Obama was not born in America.

“It all started with her and her campaign passing things around in the Democratic primary,” Scarborough said in the video from Sept. 2015.

Brzezinski agreed and added to it by pointing to an interview Clinton did with “60 Minutes” where she said Obama was a Christian “as far as I know.”

MSNBC’s Chris Matthews also slammed Clinton for pushing the birther narrative long before Donald Trump running for president was ever a thought.

Can Hillary please denounce herself next? No, but the voters can in 50 days.
