Yowza: Look what Trump just said he’d do to EVERY cop killer

Obama has been weak on terrorism abroad and weak on crime at home.

The latest issue on which Obama has “evolved” has been the death penalty, an issue which he describes as “deeply troubling.” Obama had previously publicly supported the death penalty – as do the majority of Americans – but is now voicing opposition now that he doesn’t have to worry about running for reelection.

Trump hasn’t been thinking the same way, and has a very special punishment in mind for cop killers.

As The Blaze reported,“One of the first things I do, in terms of executive order if I win, will be to sign a strong, strong statement that will go out to the country — out to the world — that anybody killing a policeman, policewoman, a police officer — anybody killing a police officer, the death penalty,” Trump told the crowd. “It’s going to happen, OK?”

“I want to let you know, the police and law enforcement in this country, I will never ever let them down,” the real estate mogul added. “The job they do and the job all you in this room do is second to none, and everyone in our country knows that.”

The statements have garnered immense support from law enforcement.

According to a press release from the Trump campaign, the Republican presidential front-runner was the “overwhelming choice by the entire association.” In the statement, Trump said he is “incredibly honored” to receive the endorsement, saying he has spent his “entire life” defending police.

The association’s endorsement will likely provide a boost to the candidate in the early primary state of New Hampshire — not that he needed one. According to the latest WMUR/CNN poll released this week, Trump leads in the Granite State by 18 points over his nearest GOP competitor in the state, Forida Sen. Marco Rubio.

Obama has refused to support law enforcement, still taking the sides of the alleged “victims” in many cases (such as those of Trayvon Martin and Michael Brown) despite the overwhelming evidence presented to the contrary.

With tensions against police as high as they are in this post-Ferguson world, the strong consequences Trump proposes are necessary to deter violence against our men and women in uniform. Maybe the killers who shot NYPD officer Brian Moore and Kentucky State Trooper Joseph Ponder in retaliation for the exoneration of Officer Darren Wilson in Ferguson would’ve thought twice before firing if they’d faced certain death for their crime.
