On Friday, millennial journalist Alexis Bloomer posted a video apologizing on behalf of her generation for the bad rap it’s gotten.
“As a millennial, I decided to take it upon myself to try to evaluate what’s so wrong with our generation and why they’re so mad at us,” she began.
She says she realized that “we’re just existing, we’re not really contributing anything to society.” In the comments section of her video, she posted a link to an article which notes that 69 percent of Americans think millennials are lazy.
She then talks about other issues, involving respect, what passes for political activism nowadays, and the lack of respect many have for the country.

Dear Elders, I’m sorry.

The video has racked up over 20 million views so far in just two days.
What do you guys think? I’m curious to know how many of those 20 million views are from millennials.
