If there’s anything Hillary Clinton has taken for granted this election, it’s the women vote. Aside from the obvious boost from the sole fact that she herself is a woman, many of Donald Trump’s own statements have come back to haunt him (such as those from the leaked 2005 Access Hollywood tape).
But even despite that, Hillary may have just alienated a large part of her female base. Ask a feminist if they support equality and they’ll reply “certainly.” Ask them if that means they think women should be drafted too, and you’ll see just how restrictive their definition of “equality” is.
“I am on record as supporting the all-volunteer military, which I think at this time does serve our country well,” she said. “And I am very committed to supporting and really lifting up the men and women in uniform and their families,” she continued.
Needless to say, most women don’t want to be drafted. Following her statements, the hashtag #DraftOurDaughters began trending on Twitter, turning into a PR nightmare for the Clinton campaign.

Despite anything Trump has said offensive to women in the past, nothing he’s going to do as president will get them killed. That can’t be said about Hillary, who appears bent on starting war with Russia – and having both sexes fight that battle.
